Outdoor Workouts at Marcel's Park - Fitness Zone with Lori Hegarty!  Register now to learn how each piece of equipment will help you in your total fitness program.  Balance exercises will be included.  Get in shape now and be ready for what ever mother nature throws our way...  Feel free to walk the Mousam Trail after our workout.  See below: June 15, July 27, Sept 8, and Oct 27.

Outdoor work out area which abuts the beautiful Mousam Trails.  Please bring sanitary wipes to clean apparatus before using.  We encourage washing hands with soap and water after working out!
