Holly Daze Parade

The Holly Daze Parade will take place on Friday, December, 2nd. Parade line up will be on Emery Street, with overflow onto School Street, starting at 4:45pm. The parade will start at 5:30pm. The route will be North on Main Street to St. Ignatius Street where participants can disperse from there. The Tree Lighting will be at 6:15pm.
The registration deadline for the parade will be Tuesday, November 22nd. All applications and waivers, driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance information must be turned into the office by this date. There will be a $25 registration fee to enter the parade.
Candy is NOT ALLOWED to be thrown from vehicles. Each float/group must have walkers along side their group to help keep the public out of the street and they may hand out candy.
The parade line up will be emailed out on Wednesday, November 30th so everyone knows where they will be in line.
The parade theme remains "The Holly Daze." Floats should refrain from using both Santa Claus and or Mrs. Claus as part of the display as the jolly couple will be bringing up the rear of the parade. You may use other likenesses such as the Grinch. As always, lights are encouraged and should be incorporated into your display. Music is a nice touch as well.
Please fill out the application and waiver below and return to our office in City Hall by November 22nd with all other paperwork that is required.
