Older couple out for a walk
Winter Walking @ Mem Gym M, T and TH from 7:45am-8:30am.  FREE - must fill out release form just once for the season.  Enter Door 3.  If wet snow, please bring dry shoes for walking.  If no school that day, no gym that day.

Also a free walking program by Adult Ed (Old Willard School) M-Th 3:45-7pm using their 2 floors to walk and exercise.  (you must sign in at SCAE - Sanford Community Adult Ed front office).
