General Information
There are multiple spaces to rent, from multipurpose rooms to the full gym area, depending on your event.

Liability Insurance Requirements
For organizations, including churches and non-profits, a certificate of liability insurance is required in order to reserve a city facility.

The certificate must identify the City of Sanford, 919 Main Street, Sanford 04073 as a holder. We will need the certificate of insurance in the office by 5:30PM one week prior to your event. You may drop off, mail, email, or fax it to the office.

Full Facility (No other space in facility will be rented.)
Residents: $100 per hour (Max Charge - 12 hours)
Non-Residents: $150 per hour (Max Charge - 12 hours)

Full Court
Residents: $60 per hour
Non-Residents: $80 per hour

Half Court
Residents: $40 per hour
Non-Residents: $60 per hour

Cafeteria (Space only, equipment not included)
Residents: $50 per hour
Non-Residents: $75 per hour

Stage
Residents: $40 per hour
Non-Residents: $60 per hour

Outside Cafeteria/Concessions
Residents: $40 per hour
Non-Residents: $60 per hour

Multipurpose 1 Above Lobby
Residents: $25 per hour

NOTE: Rental costs will be honored if the rental cost changes after a reservation has been accepted.
